Can I use Kahera without an internet connection?+
Yes, after pairing and syncing your device. Checkout works offline until the earlier of subscription expiry or 30 days since online verification. Reconnect after a device restart to verify the subscription. Your saved sales remain available for syncing.
How does the subscription work?+
One credit adds 30 days to one registered terminal. Credits automatically extend an active subscription, or restart it from the renewal time when expired. Offline terminals must reconnect to receive the extension. Selling stops when the locally verified subscription expires.
Can several cashiers use the same device?+
Yes. Each cashier has a separate PIN and shift. One device uses one subscription. Close the current shift before another cashier starts theirs.
What printers are supported?+
Kahera supports Bluetooth Classic ESC/POS receipt printers with 58 mm or 80 mm paper. Pair the printer in Android Settings, then select it in Kahera. BLE-only and proprietary printers may not work; test your specific model before rollout.
Who can see my sales data?+
Your Business workspace can monitor its own transactions and export its records. Vendor and System roles manage accounts, credits, and subscriptions without access to business sales reports.
What if I replace my Android device?+
A new device requires a new terminal registration and new subscription credits. Subscriptions are non-refundable. Sync and export the old device’s transactions before replacing it whenever possible.
